Peer & CO immigration Lawyers  is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, therefore we do not issue refunds once the Legal  Service is accomplished and the work is completed and delivered to you. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon commencement of any service from us. Please refer to our client care letter and terms of business sent to you upon receiving your instructions

We will honour refunds for non-delivery of the service due delivery issues with your e-mail provider or postal service and do not receive a delivery from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to your Adviser or our Account department in writing within 7 days from the Invoice date. Otherwise the Legal  Service paid for will be considered received and completed.
